SHANE RAINES
2b Analytics, LLC was founded by Shane Raines in 2014. Shane is a quality-driven statistical scientist with over 15 years of diverse research experience. He is a creative and innovative thinker with a track record of positively impacting research decisions at both the strategic and operational levels. His ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally provides clients with value-added solutions for their research needs.
Previously, Shane was a Principal Statistician at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals (2003-2014) where he functioned as a study statistician and a global product statistician for a wide range of emerging and established products in the neuroscience and gastrointestinal therapeutic areas.
Shane received his A.B. in Mathematics (1998) and his M.A. in Experimental Psychology (2000) from Western Kentucky University, and his M.S. in Biostatistics (2003) from the University of Pennsylvania.
